I found a good example about comparison between an Anime character and average Japanese person. The image probably came from official Anime Seikimatsu Occult Gakuin and the character name is Maya Kumashiro.
It's funny to know the contrast different between both images.
Recent Anime called as Paripi Koumei, an Anime character named Eiko Tsukimi actually a good example a looks caucasian Anime character with blue eyes and blonde haired but with Japanese name. Recent trend Caucasian looks Anime characters are pretty common seen.
Because most of people loved “original” voice characters. You know being an Anime voice actor in Japan are uneasy and very selective. The bad things from dubbed version is did by amateur voice actors, which much sounds looks plain and no soul into the voice. The only good thing from dubbed version is people can understand the conversations directly without need looking subtitles. I think most of people against dubbed Anime, will agree with these opinion.
Most of man usually feel curious with shy women. If they feel interest with her, he may will start some “ice breaker” conversations but if all efforts to move closer to her failed because she is too shy. He may will give up and runaway.
Ahh… looks dramatic but it's true and it also still relevant in vice versa. In this modern day, actually many man are more shy than woman.

Anime weebs have some degrees how to loved their waifu, not different like a person loving someone in reality.
If a weeb only just focus with one waifu for a long time and never change his love to other waifus. You can say he truly loved his waifu so much and have some dedications by collecting many paraphernalia related to her. It's so admirable but such weebs are very-very rare to found in reality.
So the answer is very relatively, most of weebs may forgot their first waifu name, since he no longer love his waifu and more loved to new one.

1. Not all Japanese are Anime fan, so many of them maybe not interest or didn't know about Anime at all.
2. Many Japanese are very introverted and not really interest to talk with anybody.
3. You should can speak Japanese at least some basic daily conversations, since many Japanese not really understand English.
4. Don't hope too much for long relationship.
5. You can find them many on Facebook, Twitter, Quora, Instagram, Pixiv, Nico-nico Douga and YouTube with texts and comments entirely in Japanese.
6. Tips: if you are really an Anime fan, then you should seeking Japanese people with “Anime face" profile and many Anime related posts in their website pages, usually you will treated very welcome by them 😊
So don't disturbing Japanese people not meet these criterias or you will get very negative respond 🙏
Well... stereotypically can be seen from how they dress, speaking way, how they decorating their room and cars.
Normal person as just an Anime enjoyer never do cringe stuff like these in public place or on internet so excessively.
1. Ask yourself what Anime cosplay you wanna be ?
2. Preparing your budgets and make the plan to buy clothes, equipments and accessories for your cosplay
3. If unavailable, you can make yourself clothes, equipment or accessories, it may need some modifications for looks fits with you.
4. If you have trouble with hairstyle, you can ask hairstylist what you want the style. If you have trouble with clothes you can ask tailor what is your clothes design is.
5. When all finished, you can asking someone how it looks. Make it sure you feel comfortable with your cosplay now 😉
Because newer Anime more eye catching, sharp, clear graphics and good sound quality than Anime made from 70s-80s. You can make comparison and found out, old Anime screen looks “yellowish” and “rough” than new one. So the reason is clear.
But I think storyline from old Anime more better than new Anime.

I think i more similar with Shinjou Akane personality from SSSS Gridman since we are equally introvert, lonely and very sensitive personality, but i also similiar like with Rintaro Okabe and Kurisu Makise from Steins Gate for typical scientist as well.

Note: You need good coordinations with your twins for successful pranking people.
5. Learn more magic tricks from magicians, like changing people attention to your existence, after it move fast and quickly to other place like David Copperfield ! It's really like a teleport !
6. Learn how to camouflage technique like a ninja or secret agent then move from one place to another place quickly and unnoticed, your boss will amazed and thinking you just did teleportation !

For new learners, you can start from Anime genre mainly slice of life drama, because they have some similiarity with real Japanese life and their daily conversations usually more acceptable, comfortable and more easier to understand for beginners even without subtitles. Not just watching Anime but you also have knowledge about Japanese cultures and habits from these Anime as well.
These recommendation if you looking colloquial speech used by Japanese for more formal speaking, you can looking from another sources.

I more like console games more than PC games, because console games is specialized built for playing games only, more durable and can playing the latest high resolution games with less problems for latest game console machine.
Meanwhile PC games may need to be installing first and adding some additional upgrade on PC like IC, VGA and some electronic components for playing high resolution games with less troubles, it's make PC upgrades more expensive than the latest console machine price.
The bad thing of console games technologies are so quickly outdated and trends quickly changing to next console generations like PS4 to PS5, when PC games may still can playing some latest games in the future.
Anime trend in Japan definitely more earlier, for world wide, it's around 80s to 90s when Betamax and VHS cassettes so popular at the time, then around 90s up, Anime broadcasting on National TV make it Anime more popular around the world.
Now watching Anime still popular mostly on Internet after National TV more rarely broadcasting Anime.

Based from my experience cleaning my house, here my conclusion.
It's depends with how big your house. If big enough, first option is more better, because....
1. It's more saving your stamina.
2. You can more details to cleaning up and organizing many stuff in there.
3. If your house big enough, you can make a plan to cleaning it area per area everyday.
4. You still have a time to spot and repairing broken parts around your house.
5. You also still have a chance to decorating your house as well.
If your house is small and you still can do it all alone, second option may still OK.
Not just you only, Hikikomori is a global phenomenon not just happened in Japan.
It's happened because consequences of modern life in modern society, when people gets more lazy do socialization (not just you but society around you also), selfish mind, materialistic and apathy society.
I also Hikkikomori as well after my mom gone, i didn't choose this way as well but since situation forced me like this, no relatives, neighbors nor real friends caring and talking with me now, i'm completely lived alone in my house now, so i'm Hikikomori too. But at least I have online friends to talk.
So don't too much complaining about your fate as Hikikomori. Just accept it and adapting with your situation now, be enjoy !

You can start by looking recently interesting topics to talk, it can from real life, internet, TV, newspapers or anywhere.
Importantly be smart to take many interesting points from your conversation and don't be too dominant in your conversations, but give people a chance and freedom to tell their opinions and ideas about topic from your conversations then you giving your reaction about his/her opinion properly, after it repeat this cycle mechanism continuously.
As long as people still enjoying talking many topics with you, the conversations would be life and longer.
But if people not mood or don't have any interest with your conversations, then don't force them to continue the conversations, you need be patient and smart to take a good moment for conversations.

Well watching Anime is Not similar with do works. As long as He/She have much times for himself, watching all Anime episodes is Not different like take a single breathing.
I think solution for this question is try to “Thinking outside the box” for creativity sake. Sometimes a problem NOT stricly just have one solution to to solve a problem, it can be may can solve by another ways (multi-solutions) and probably more better.
Creativity needs inspirations and fresh ideas from many ways, examples like reexamination and studying again the projects, what can you can add and what you can reducing it, what need to be change, what needed improvisations, etc.
Shortly to say, for creativity sake, let your mind free first, thinking outside the box with your own way and looking inspirations and ideas from many ways.
