2. You can looking your most trusted friends or relatives to chatting your sadness now.
3. Take a walk or riding bicycle to shopping center or playing ground.
4. Install and playing some interesting Smartphone games from Google Play.
5. Eating or drinking your favorite foods.
6. Do hobbies or listening music.
7. Watching Anime or movies.
8. Make someone laughing and happy with your tales and stories, so you can happy together as well.
9. Take a bath or sleeping a while.
10. Looking some inspirations and ideas.
11. Praying if you believe in God.
12. Helping someone in difficult situations.
13. Cleaning or repairing your room or house then decorating it differently as you like.
14. Writing a diary.
15. Have a pet.
16. Do what can you do now or try something new.
17. Or just take a simple breath in the morning and drinking fresh water.
